TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the pet(s), including health history, dietary requirements, behavioral traits, and emergency contact details.

Pet Health and Vaccinations:
a. The Customer warrants that the pet(s) have been vaccinated in accordance with Indian regulations, including rabies vaccination, and will provide proof of vaccination during Check in. \nb. The Boarding Facility reserves the right to refuse boarding for pets that do not meet vaccination requirements or exhibit signs of illness or contagious disease.

b. The Customer agrees that boarding facility is not responsible for ticks spreading and they must do tick prevention as per their vets advise prior to the check in.

Boarding Fees and Payment:

a. The Customer agrees to pay the boarding fees as per the rates specified by the Boarding Facility, which shall be due and payable upon check-in.

b. Additional charges may apply for special services requested by the Customer, such as grooming, medication administration, or behavioral training.

c. Our Opertaing hours are between 10 am and 6 pm check in and checkout are done between this hours. 24 hrs check in and check out is followed which means If the checkin was done at 10 am one day is calculated at 10 am the next day , If the check in was done at 6 pm one day is calculated at 6 pm next day.

Early Check- in & Check-Out Policy:

a. If the customer checksin prior to 10 am and checks out after 6 pm aditional charges migh be applicable. b. Late checkout charges will be applicable for checkouts after 24 hrs from the checkin time . c. If the Customer chooses to check out their pet before the agreed-upon check-out date, no refund of the boarding fees or deposit shall be provided.

Boarding Policies:
a. The Customer agrees to abide by the rules and policies of the Boarding Facility ( displayed in the enteterence) b. Pets shall be housed in suitable enclosures and provided with adequate food, water, exercise, and socialization as per the standards of care established by the Boarding Facility.

Emergency Care and Veterinary Treatment:
a. In the event of a medical emergency, the Boarding Facility shall make reasonable efforts to contact the Customer and obtain consent for veterinary treatment.
b. The Customer authorizes the Boarding Facility to seek veterinary care for the pet(s) at the Customer's expense if deemed necessary for their health and well-being. c. The Customer shall be responsible for reimbursing the Boarding Facility for any veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of the pet(s) during their stay.

Liability and Indemnification:
a. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Boarding Facility shall not be liable for loss of pets life, damage, or injury to the pet(s) or their property and will not hold the Owners or the stff of the Pet Boarding facility responsible in case of any such eventualities.
b. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Boarding Facility from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Customer's breach of this Agreement or the actions of their pet(s) during their stay.

Termination of Services and Pet Abandonment:
a. The Boarding Facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, non-compliance with boarding policies, or concerns for the pet(s)' safety and well-being. b. In the event that the pet owner fails to pick up their pet within 4 days after the agreed- upon Checkout date, without prior notification or arrangement, it shall be deemed as abandonment of the pet. Upon determination of abandonment, the boarding facility reserves the right to initiate procedures for the adoption or rehoming of the pet to a suitable and caring home. The boarding facility shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the abandonment of the pet.

By signing below, I acknowledge That I did read, understood as explained in a languge that i can understand, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Pet Boarding Agreement during my pet's stay at the boarding facility.
