Please limit your time on popular equipment, such as treadmills, during busy periods.
In the interests of health and safety, members must abide by the following rules:
1. It is necessary to return all free weights to their racks after using them,
2. It is not allowed to use cups, mugs, or other containers that don't have lids in the gym.
3. A small towel should be brought to wipe down the machines after use.
4. It is required to wear a tracksuit or shorts and t-shirt at all times.
5. Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
6. We will not tolerate offensive language or behavior.
7. We do not tolerate weight clashes, excessive noise, or mistreatment of equipment.
Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be ejected and their membership will be reviewed.
The gym management reserves the right to exclude any member who does not adhere to any of the above or poses a health and safety risk to other members.
