Basically I stay near to this clinic.. considering the offer which they are running I went for availing, But staff seems so unprofessional and rude I went on Saturday 25-01-2025 i asked if i can avail the hydrafacial offer on same day they asked me to sit for while and then told they can do it now and ask me to remove my sandals, they again called there so called maam or someone dont know whom and asked me to wait wasting 10-15mins they were telling our maam is not free today because of the clients and asked me to come on Monday at 12pm took my name and mobile number written on so called A4 size paper not even on diary or register On(27 -January -2025) at 12:10pm i went to them as per the confirmation of friday - for the hydrafacial- Going there no one was on the Reception for 10mins though i called the staff from the beside shop which they run... then a lady after 5mins i told i was given appointment for 12pm today she was telling no such appointment was given she called people working there for me took to recognize who took my appointment and then a girl came who took my name and i asked her about other one they said she is busy .. girl who came i asked you people gave me todays appointment stating sunday is holiday and come on monday and today i came you people are denying , The directly said i never gave any appointment i just written the name or number asked them to called the other lady who was present and gave the appointment by calling the so called owner or someone.. the lady on reception started to tell me you cant talk to my staff like this and she also yelled stating if hydrafacial asta tar me agodar nahi boli asti ((if hydrafacial was there i would have told before only No )and I asked her now call your owner and ask her when she can give the appointment the lady on Reception said owner had gone to akkalkhot and she came late so I cant called her to disturb her sleep.. this was her words and asked her to call me and confirm regarding the appointment. Worst clinic dont go to them Why Owners are keeping such offers if you can't honor them After putting the above review the owner had called me on 30th January specifically apologized for deleting review and asked me to try there service once and booked my appointment for 8th February 12pm --- I reached the clinic 12:05pm they kept us waiting till 12:25pm but the owner didn't turned up Staff never mentioned they are making any room ready for us first of all... they just offered water and asked us to sit and i personally asked them kadhi hoil chalu in return they said madam yet aahe both times kept us waiting And continously called me for 25 times when I had reached back home And seeing this would say what kind of pathetic people are kept for working and running business Please don't go it's a big request 😣😣😣very worst experience from them not first but second time😣😣😣

I got severe rashes and acne on my face not knowing why. I when to find the best skin care treatment in the Thane and found U R Fitnest. The doctor is good and experienced. My face still has some redness left but rashes and acne are very much in control. So I am so happy for the treatment. Good doctor good staff good ambience. I am satisfied.
